User Agreement for the ivee App

Welcome to ivee! By downloading, installing, or using the ivee application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and ivee ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

2. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the App or sent to your registered email. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to engaging in activities that are illegal, harmful, or disruptive.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or using the App.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Upload or transmit malicious software, spam, or other harmful content through the App.
• Engage in behavior that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ivee or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for violation of this Agreement or any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ivee shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ivee, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
